Job Title: Head of Creative

We’re on the lookout for a rare hybrid — someone who’s equal parts creative visionary and hands-on maker, leader and doer. We’re searching for the next creative mind to lead and inspire our team across borders.
As our Studio Director, you’ll be the creative backbone of our studio, overseeing a talented team of 15+ creatives across multiple countries — from art directors and designers to social strategists and editors. You’ll be responsible for managing projects across all touchpoints — film, branding, design, digital, and social — while also rolling up your sleeves to contribute hands-on to ideation, direction, and execution.
This is a role for someone who thrives in the details and the big picture, who loves bringing ideas to life and knows how to build and guide a creative culture.
What You’ll Do
Creative Concepting & Campaign Development
Lead and contribute to the end-to-end creative ideation process for integrated campaigns across digital, film, social, and print
Create original campaign concepts rooted in strategic insight, cultural relevance, and brand positioning
Craft powerful brand manifestos, taglines, and long-form storytelling pieces that anchor a campaign’s voice
Write scripts for TVCs, branded content, social videos, and editorial pieces across multiple tones and formats
Develop mood boards, references, and style direction that align with the creative vision
Build storyboards and shortlists for content production across live-action and digital animation
Develop director’s treatments for internal pitches or external productions
Translate abstract ideas into clear visual worlds with tone, structure, and strategy
Art Direction & Visual Development
Lead the art direction across key visuals, social posts, packaging, film, and editorial work
Guide the creation of campaign visual identities and oversee visual consistency across touchpoints
Provide on-set art direction and work closely with production designers, stylists, and DOPs to achieve a unified visual tone
Direct creative execution of key assets including hero shots, compositions, and layout
Review and approve final creative assets for social, print, or film release
Build art direction decks for internal stakeholders and clients
Support visual concept development for branding and motion design work
Film Direction, Production & Post
Direct brand films, social videos, and content shoots, overseeing performance, pacing, shot composition, and mood
Lead pre-production planning including creative treatments, casting, location planning, and production briefing
Operate cameras and provide on-set guidance when needed for smaller-scale or agile shoots
Make creative decisions regarding lighting setups, camera movements, and scene blocking
Edit video content across formats (TVC, social, case studies, reels)
Conduct color grading, apply LUTs, and enhance mood through postproduction
Build sound design layers and audio treatment for dynamic storytelling
Apply basic animation and motion graphics for logo reveals, typography, and content elements
Supervise post teams and freelance editors to ensure consistency and alignment with the vision
Design, Branding & Identity Systems
Lead the development of new brand identities including naming, logo design, and full visual systems
Create complete brand guideline books including typography, color systems, visual language, and usage rules
Develop brand strategies, tone of voice frameworks, and personality matrices
Build presentation decks that reflect strong storytelling and design hierarchy
Craft creative visualizations and mockups for pitch presentations, activations, and packaging
Presentation Design & Client Communication
Design visually compelling and strategically structured presentations across branding, campaign, film, and digital work
Develop narratives and layout flows that clearly communicate ideas, value, and creative impact
Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and internal recaps for leadership and client teams
Confidently present creative ideas to clients and internal stakeholders in an inspiring and engaging manner
Lead client-facing meetings, present creative strategies, and pitch campaign directions across industries
Own the communication bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain creative integrity
Digital & Social Media Creation
Build full-fledged social media strategies including tone, content pillars, formats, and cadence
Lead ideation and production of content calendars and ongoing brand communications
Create social-first videos and animations optimized for engagement, retention, and shareability
Build social playbooks for in-house and client-side implementation
Guide visual and video content for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and stories
Work on content creation from shoot direction to editing and post-production
Experience & Event Design
Design immersive physical and digital brand experiences
Create user journeys and experience flows for events, pop-ups, and activations
Lead creative visualizations and 3D references to bring spatial concepts to life
Support with branding, environmental graphics, and event storytelling
Web & Interactive
Design websites with strong UI/UX logic, especially using Wix Studio
Build wireframes and prototypes for landing pages and micro-sites
Develop user journeys and experience flow for websites
Provide art direction and UI feedback for developers
Work on collaborative tools such as Adobe XD and AI tools to enhance workflow
Studio & Team Leadership
Manage a 15-person multi-disciplinary creative team across two countries
Oversee daily operations of the creative studio including briefs, workload, and deadlines
Curate and lead creative teams based on project type: social, branding, TVC, campaigns
Provide clear feedback and mentorship to creatives at all levels
Collaborate with account managers and strategy teams to align creative output with client needs
Drive internal presentations and ensure alignment between business goals and creative direction
Build and maintain efficient studio processes, documentation systems, and creative best practices
Budgeting & Timeline Management
Create and manage detailed budgets across all types of projects: film, design, branding, social, and web
Build and maintain clear project timelines and ensure all phases of delivery stay on schedule
Forecast and allocate budgets for internal resources, freelance support, and external vendors
Source competitive quotes from production partners, freelancers, and third-party collaborators
Align financial planning with creative vision without compromising quality
Provide regular budget updates and reconcile actuals vs forecasts to ensure cost efficiency
What You’ll Bring
Required Experience & Attributes
7+ years in a creative leadership role within a multidisciplinary agency, studio, or brand environment
Proven ability to ideate and lead cross-platform campaigns from strategy to final execution
Experience managing and growing creative teams across locations and disciplines
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, design skills, and creative direction across digital, film, social, and branding
Ability to lead both the creative process and the production pipeline — from pitch to delivery
Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and client-facing settings
Highly collaborative with strategic, problem-solving mindset and a passion for detail
Calm under pressure, adaptable, and proactive in fast-moving creative environments
Tools & Technical Proficiency
