Summary of the Role: As a Junior Designer at Platform 195, you will play a pivotal role in supporting design efforts across our client portfolio. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on and drive development of a wide range of creative and design projects, from collaborating on concept development to bringing creative territories to life, creating digital design assets, video editing and production, and designing multi-channel assets and graphics. Alongside our Senior Designer, you will be at the forefront of translating our and our client’s visions into visually stunning and impactful designs.

What we’re looking for: We’re seeking a creatively minded Junior Designer who is not only proficient in all major creative software but is also passionate about working in a fast-growing, impactful agency environment. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and qualifications:

• Proven Expertise: A strong portfolio showcasing your outstanding design work across various mediums, including digital design, graphic design. Some video-editing skills would be a bonus.
• Creative Vision: The ability to collaborate on concept development and translate ideas into visually compelling designs that resonate with target audiences.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools.
• Adaptability: The willingness to adapt to evolving design trends and technologies to ensure our clients’ creative and design needs are met.
• Collaborative Mindset: A team player who can effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and internal teams to bring projects to fruition.
• Ambition: Someone who is excited to take on new projects and gain as much knowledge and experience as they can as they develop their creative career.

Your role & responsibilities:

As a Junior Designer at Platform 195, your responsibilities will include:

• Working under the guidance of our Senior Designer to create high-quality and impactful designs for various clients.
• Creating visually striking digital design assets, including website graphics, social media content, and marketing materials.
• Designing multi-channel assets and graphics for various campaigns and platforms.
• Staying up to date with design trends and industry best practices to maintain the agency’s competitive edge.
• Editing and modifying video footage for social promotional material.
