About Us

Museum Studio is the largest group in the world offering comprehensive cultural services for institutions, museums, foundations, and brands. From master planning destinations through designing and building attractions to publishing and cultural retail. Our group of specialist brands cover it all, working across 46 countries and 5 continents. Collectively, we bring over 100 years of industry experience to the table.

The Role

We are looking for a Midweight Creative Artworker to join our team at Museum Studio. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on crafting high-quality presentations and milestone reports across a variety of brands within our studio umbrella. Working primarily in InDesign and PowerPoint, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all documents are polished, accurate, and visually engaging. In addition to presentation work, you’ll play a key role in final-stage artwork tasks, including flowing in text and imagery, setting up files correctly for print, and liaising with contractors to ensure seamless production.

This position is initially offered on a six-month to one-year contract, with the potential to extend into a permanent role.
Responsibilities

  • Design and format pitch presentations and project milestone reports, primarily using InDesign and PowerPoint.
  • Work within existing templates to structure and upload content, ensuring consistency and high design standards.
  • Gather and interpret information from various team members, both in the studio and across online platforms such as Miro.
  • Support artworking tasks at the final stages of projects, flowing in text and imagery, setting up files correctly, and liaising with printers and other contractors.
  • Balance working to deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards across all deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain frequently used templates (e.g. credential decks) to streamline internal workflows.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency when working with multiple languages, including right-to-left and character-based scripts, maintaining typographic integrity across all design outputs.
  • Manage and upload digital assets, including updating website content, working with the social media team, and resizing imagery for various platforms.

Key Skills

  • Strong proficiency in InDesign and PowerPoint for creating presentations and reports.
  • Experience with Adobe’s live sharing tools (e.g., InDesign/Photoshop cloud) and Miro.
  • Attention to detail, with an ability to maintain consistency and uphold high design standards.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with different teams and ensuring alignment across projects.
  • Familiarity with Illustrator for complex diagrams and presentation design.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop for image correction, refinement, and enhancement.
  • Experience with uploading and managing digital assets, including updating websites and working with social media teams.

If this sounds like the perfect fit for you, we’d love to hear from you!
