The Studio

A unique Studio known for their progressive approach and iconic visual style looking for an established Senior Designer.  This agency has helped some already remarkable brands and businesses to reimagine and change behaviour, connect more deeply and become more meaningful through delivering beautifully simple strategic ideas and creative solutions. They are passionate about, and have deep knowledge of, sustainability, and how creativity can be used to make a positive impact in the World.  With some exciting plans and ambitions ahead, they are looking for someone likeminded who can bring a high level of creative excellence and attention to craft into the role.  They offer a hybrid working arrangement and are together in the studio 3 days a week.

The Opportunity

This person will have the opportunity to influence and define the creative outcome of studio projects so will need to have a strong combination of conceptual thinking and a high level of craft and execution.  Working with a collaborative and multi-disciplined team, our seniors lead by example and should inspire those around them through best practice and exceptional ideas.  This role would suit someone looking to take on more responsibility and ownership and offers the chance to be more involved in the planning of projects (both in terms of deliverables and resourcing).  You’ll also have a significant level of input into the strategic approach and so will need to think beyond the visual outcome.

Due to the nature of the agency’s work and clients this role would suit someone who has extensive experience working on brands and projects with a refined aesthetic and a high-level of craft.

Our Ideal Candidate

Is an established senior with strong experience producing intelligent, thought-provoking and innovative creative solutions.

Will need to show some unusually wonderful projects in their folio that demonstrate a high level of conceptual thinking but are beautifully crafted of course.

Has strong communications skills.  Is credible and influential in creative conversations and client presentations through sharing insights, opinions and a broad cultural perspective which positively affects the creative outcome.

Is confident presenting ideas, giving and receiving feedback and making strong and effective creative judgements on a daily basis.
