The Role:

This is a pivotal role within the agency and an opportunity to take the lead on a range of small to large creative projects.  As such, our ideal candidate will need to be confident giving constructive direction and guidance, prioritising the creative workload and inspiring colleagues and clients alike.

This is a highly collaborative agency, packed full of design excellence and continuously looking for new ways of making stuff happen and design better.

You will be surrounded by some incredibly talented people, constantly challenging themselves and each other in the pursuit of producing the best possible work.  They are looking for someone like-minded who is always hungry to learn and ready to share.

What we are looking for:

-a strong presenter who’s able to put great stories together

-a leader of more junior members and a right arm to the Creative Directors.

-an outstanding creative thinker with a natural ability to push design forwards whilst equally excellent on the craft and detail.

-positive with a generous spirit.

-strategically minded, able to quickly get under the skin of a brand and deliver meaningful creative solutions.
