And—Now is a London-based creative branding agency partnering with forward-thinking individuals, businesses, and organisations worldwide on a diverse range of projects. Our unique five-part process helps our collaborators uncover what makes them truly stand out—an essence we weave into every design we create.

We’re on the lookout for a talented Middleweight Designer to join our team and bring fresh ideas, energy, and creativity into the mix.

Interested?

We are in need of a curious, imaginative designer who is eager to learn and keen to contribute their ideas. This role is your opportunity to carve out a place in a small team where your work will truly matter. With a minimum of three years of agency experience, you’ll need to show us how you take an idea from spark to execution—demonstrated through a well-crafted, inspiring portfolio that speaks to your creativity and versatility.

As an agency we are proud to be small but perfectly formed, with excellent industry connections and the ability to generate and fulfil imaginative, research-driven ideas. Our mission (soon to be yours) is to fully immerse ourselves in our clients’ worlds, crafting creative solutions that go beyond expectations.

We thrive on variety and are proudly multi-disciplinary, so we’re looking for a designer who’s ready to dive into all manner of projects. You don’t need to be a master of every tool just yet, but a hunger to learn, adapt, and grow is key to succeeding in our team. If that sounds like you, let’s talk!

You’ll need:

Excellent conceptual and design skills (no surprises there).

A passion for research-fuelled design solutions and design process (show us your sketchbooks!).

A varied portfolio of projects, all with rationale and the evidence of the process behind them.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating from concept to final delivery of a project.

Excellent working knowledge of Adobe CC and Figma.

Good time management to ensure all deadlines are hit.

A can-do attitude.

Nice to have:

Understanding of HTML and CSS (other code languages a bonus!).

Understanding of WordPress.

Skills with motion or 3D.

How do we work?

Our studio operates on a foundation of equality, where everyone contributes, and no role is above or below any project—every input, from intern to director, is valued. Accountability is key; we take full responsibility for our work, including any mistakes(!). We prioritise clear boundaries between work, home, and client interactions, ensuring complete presence when in the studio. Participation and open discussion are at the heart of our culture, making sure every voice is heard. Ideas are never sacred; they are deconstructed and rebuilt into something even better. We aim to celebrate success, support one another, and foster empathy in our relationships with colleagues and clients. Committed to continuous learning, we embrace innovation and take risks, but always with respect for the final product.

Working Routine

This is a full time role, requiring three days per week in the office alongside the team, with the option to work remotely for the remaining days if preferred. However, you’re welcome to spend more time in the office if you choose.

Virtual vs Face-to-Face Interview?

If this sounds like the right fit for you, drop us an email with the subject line “Middleweight Designer Role”. We’d like a short intro about yourself, why you think you’d be a good fit for the team, your CV and a PDF of two or three (maximum!) of your favourite projects. You’ll need to have your full portfolio for the interview.

We look forward to meeting you!
