The role

We are looking for a Creative Artworker to work as part of a small, friendly and busy marketing team, based at our Head Office in South Kensington.

As our Creative Artworker, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of print and digital projects. Taking your direction from the Head of Design, you will work on everything from prospectuses, posters and classroom resources, through to digital assets for social, advertising and video.

You will also use your experience and creativity to lead projects from start to finish, and to work with colleagues at all levels across the group.

Main responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Design with the creative design and production of digital, print and outdoor ads for the group’s Easter Revision and recruitment campaigns.
  • Support the Head of Design in the design and development of our suite of printed promotional collateral and internal resources.
  • Work with the Head of Design and marketing colleagues on creating digital assets for a variety of channels.
  • Adhere to our internal quality control procedures and prepare print-ready artwork and review proofs.
  • Check artwork for accuracy, quality and consistency with MPW’s Brand Guidelines.
  • Produce artwork to spec and to deadline.
  • Provide creative input into the ongoing development of the MPW brand and visual identity.
  • Contribute to the development and production of animated and video content.
  • Attend and photograph internal and external events as required.
  • Support marketing colleagues with maintaining up to date content on the group’s website.
  • Liaise with print and fulfilment houses on orders and stock management.

You may also be required to undertake such other comparable duties as the company may require from time to time.

About you

  • Educated to degree level.
  • Professional experience of working in an artwork or design role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience of working with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, including ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Exemplary attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of typography.
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, positive working relationships with colleagues.
  • A team player with a proactive approach.
  • Experience of working within an educational setting and/or in B2C and B2B (desirable).
  • Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro or similar (desirable).

 

Our offer

  • Salary: c. £26,000 to £31,000
  • Working hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with 1-day WFH
  • Holiday: 30 days per annum, plus Bank Holidays
