Join Koto for a fully-paid three month internship where you’ll collaborate with the most impactful companies of today and the founders defining tomorrow.
We’re seeking aspiring Motion Designers who are passionate about creativity and eager to learn. Formal qualifications aren’t a must – we value curiosity, optimism, and a desire to grow above all.
You are either considering or beginning a branding career. You have a small portfolio of work and big ambitions.
Your Responsibilities
- You are learning about the importance of ideas and how to generate them.
- You spend your days designing and are actively improving your craft.
- You support, study and learn from the team around you as a matter of necessity.
- You demonstrate a relentless interest in the studio are proactive, and look to support the team however you can.
- You have a willingness to work in person in our London studio, and are able to attend both work and meetings on time.

- We will ensure you are given meaningful feedback throughout your internship to support your personal development and professional development.
- We will ensure you are engaged with the realities of the agency, doing the same work we do.
- We will ensure you have frequent access to our team, and opportunities to learn from them where possible.
