Hey there! We’re on the lookout for a creative Junior Designer to join our design studio. This is a fully remote position, but there may be some opportunities to travel to London now and then. If you’re passionate about design and eager to dive into exciting projects for one of our awesome retained clients, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Create Awesome Assets: Develop social graphics and brainstorm campaign ideas, themes and styles that pop!
• Identity Development: Produce creative for campaigns as well as developing on the overarching brand for our client.
• Marketing Materials: Work on a variety of marketing collateral, from leaflets and workbooks to ads and annual reports. If it needs a design touch, you’ll be on it!
• Event Prep: Help develop print marketing materials for events and shows that really stand out.
• Internal Newsletter: Craft a bi-monthly staff newsletter (that’s 6 times a year) to keep everyone in the loop and excited.
• E-Newsletters: Take the reins on monthly MailChimp newsletters. Don’t worry, we’ll provide the copy – you just add your design flair and manage the system (Training will be provided if you dont already have experience of this, so don’t let this put you off)
• PowerPoint Wizardry: Design and update PowerPoint templates and existing slide decks to keep our presentations fresh and engaging.
• TikTok Reels: Get creative with TikTok! You’ll be responsible for posting 3-4 fun reels a month.

What We’re Looking For:

• Design Skills: Proficiency in design software (like Adobe Creative Suite) and a good understanding of branding and visual storytelling – we’re all a team here so we’ll be working together on this.
• Basic Animation & Illustration: While it’s not a must, a willingness to learn some basic animation and illustration skills would be fantastic!
• Team Player: You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and Senior Designer, so being a team player is key. We love collaboration!
• Client Interaction: You’ll have the chance to work directly with our client, so being personable and open to feedback is essential.
