We’re looking for a Design and Content Creation Specialist – someone with a strong design sense who loves storytelling and is obsessed with social media trends.

You’ll blend creative design expertise with content creation, helping us build our brand’s online presence and engage our audience. This is an ideal role for a designer with experience in content creation, or a content creator who has transitioned into design. In either case, we’re looking for someone who can seamlessly merge both disciplines.

In this role, you will:

• Create visually compelling content including graphics, video tutorials, reels, and stories for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X
• Create and edit short-form video content to drive engagement and brand visibility
• Develop and execute social media campaigns and content calendars that showcase the features and benefits of Logo Diffusion
• Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages to build relationships
• Track social media metrics and prepare performance reports to measure success
• Stay on top of trends to ensure our content remains fresh, innovative, and relevant

This is a full-time, remote role with flexible working hours, but we expect you to be available between 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM UTC+02:00 (Eastern European Time).

We operate asynchronously, so meetings are kept to a minimum.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

• Strong eye for design and visual storytelling
• Proficiency in graphic design and AI tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, CapCut, Midjourney, or similar)
• Hands-on experience creating and editing social media content, especially videos and reels
• Understanding of social media best practices, trends, and platform-specific nuances
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve
• Personal experience managing active social media accounts

Brownie points for:

• Comfortable being on camera (or at least using your voice for screen recordings)
• Experience with influencer management and outreach
• Familiarity with social media management tools (Later, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Basic photography or videography skills
• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
