With offices in London, Amsterdam, and Dubai, we operate globally, driven by our pillars of Culture, Connection, Curation, and Collaboration. Our mission is to elevate spaces beyond aesthetics, ensuring every project captures a certain feeling.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced art and styling design manager to grow and lead our Art and Styling Channel. This hybrid role combines expertise in design, curation, and project management with a focus on the client experience. As a key team member, you’ll work across all sectors of our business—hotel, hospitality, retail, and workspace—to deliver curated art and styling solutions that align with our clients’ brand visions and budgets. As part of the role, you will manage on-site installations and oversee the interior styling, ensuring every space is dressed to perfection, and aligns seamlessly with the creative vision of the project. From creative direction and curation to logistics and execution, you’ll have the opportunity to oversee every stage of the process.

This role is perfect for someone with experience in commercial projects, excellent client relationship skills, and excited to transform how spaces are experienced through thoughtful art placement and styling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee art and styling programming across sectors, ensuring consistent quality and innovative outcomes.
  • Drive strategic growth for the Art & Styling channel with bespoke concepts tailored to client brands.

Artist & Collection Management:

  • Expand and maintain the artist database through research, networking, and studio visits.
  • Cultivate relationships with artists, galleries, and designer makers to strengthen creative partnerships.
  • Manage the artwork production process and logistics in collaboration with the Operations team, including stock list oversight for incoming and outgoing pieces.
  • Identify and engage emerging talent by attending industry events, exhibitions, and studio visits.

Project & Client Management:

  • Develop tailored solutions that meet client needs, aligning with budgets, timelines, and brand identity.
  • Oversee project execution, including budgets, scheduling, logistics, and installation, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Lead creative direction across hotel, hospitality, and workplace schemes, transforming spaces through thoughtful art and styling.
  • Maintain operational processes to ensure cost control and program efficiency across projects.
  • Work closely with the furniture channel team to ensure visual consistency across larger commercial projects.

Industry Engagement:

  • Act as a brand ambassador, raising the profile of the Art & Styling channel within creative and commercial sectors.
  • Represent INTERIOR ADDRESS at industry events and exhibitions to expand networks and identify new opportunities.
  • Support marketing efforts and contribute to creative collaborations and cultural initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and delivering events, showcasing the Art & Styling channel to key stakeholders.
