The Role

We’re looking for a highly creative, confident and enthusiastic senior designer to join our team. You’ll be at the heart of the agency and our small but growing design team; shaping the design output across advertising, social media campaigns, branding, and cross-channel projects for well-known brands.

You’ll bring some fresh design skills as well as being great with people and a good communicator, in addition to being well-versed in Adobe and comfortable using AI tools.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Leading projects with efficiency and creativity.
• Collaborating with designers, creatives and producers to create exciting and on-brand work that pushes boundaries and meets client objectives.
• Interpreting briefs with a strategic mindset, providing design input and expertise throughout the creative process.
• Being a brand advocate for our work across all Atomic and client projects.
• Liaising with external suppliers and maintaining a good understanding of production and processes.
• Researching and sharing new design trends and examples from other design-based industries as well as Advertising.
• Working across all current and future clients, sectors and industries.
• Participating in the implementation of our I&D and Environmental actions.
• Contributing to the development of pitch documents, proposals, and new business opportunities.
• Providing design support and guidance for the New Business team including helping to maintain the Atomic brand across social channels.

Here’s what we’d love you to bring

• Enthusiasm to work in a small team and play a crucial role in shaping the future of the design team.
• A curiosity for everything design and a desire to share that with the Agency.
• Exceptional craftsmanship, and the ability to be able to apply it to a variety of content and across all media.
• Solid skills in Adobe. After Effects and Midjourney experience would be great.
• Confidence to present ideas internally and to clients, being able to create compelling presentations.
• A self-starter attitude, capable of working independently and proactively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
• Proficiency in retouching, AI image generation, and manipulation.
• A thorough and working knowledge of social media platforms.
• An interest in new tech proactively seeking opportunities to learn.
• Ability to think strategically while maintaining a strong focus on execution.

We are a team of brand, social, content creator, talent management and media experts who sit, think and create together. No silos, no set rules, no limits to where creativity can come from or go to.

There’s about 40 of us collaborating in our Farringdon office, one passionate and energetic team working together across a broad range of brands and businesses. Our mission is to help unleash the superpowers within all of our team, our clients and their brands.
