The Studio
A thriving tech company for the hospitality sector that is scaling in 2025. The in-house design studio is at the heart of the business, delivering all creative output and communications to the highest standards. This is a multi-disciplined team of creative excellence, all working together to achieve the best results in a commercial but highly creative way. They now need a talented Studio Manager to help improve and refine their processes as they grow and deliver on their ambitions for the year ahead. They offer a service orientated but collaborative and supportive environment and culture with some great perks and a super-flexible working arrangement which can be fully remote if needed.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to add significant value to a high-performing team. As Studio Manager, you’ll be the cornerstone of the design team, ensuring seamless operations, highly efficient workflows and tip-top project delivery. The work is varied and so you’ll get to use all your organisational and problem-solving skills across a great range of projects from digital design to large scale events and video production. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be focused on trafficking all creative studio briefs, managing critical timelines and budgets, scheduling and resourcing, but you’ll also play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the studio processes and project management tools as well as contributing to the studio culture. You’ll also have the opportunity to support the integration of an exciting new rebrand, working closely with the design agency partner and the internal team.
The ideal candidate
Has significant experience in a fast-paced studio or agency environment across diverse creative projects.
Would be someone who combines operational excellence with a warm and collaborative approach.
Is an exceptional communicator, building and nurturing positive relationships with colleagues, partners, suppliers and freelancers along the way.
Is super-organised and adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines whilst having a knack for spotting inefficiencies and where improvements can be made.
Is confident setting up and optimizing project management tools and would ideally have some experience using Jira and Asana.
