The Opportunity

An exciting role for a creative, conceptual thinker who is able to work collaboratively, whilst being highly motivated when flying solo. This is a role for a senior or an experienced mid-weight who takes ownership of their projects, can lead meetings and draw out vital information from clients that inform the project deliverables.

Your responsibilities will include pitch strategy and designing proposal documents. You will also be involved in developing and proposing brand-led experiences — using client brand and culture guides to deliver experiences ranging from creative wayfinding solutions to physical installations.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on challenging projects within a small yet highly skilled team. You must be able to multi-task, work under pressure and use initiative, as well as have appropriate attention to detail and be able to work to strict deadlines.

The ideal candidate

• Great interpersonal skills for team and client-facing situations
• Key involvement in the design process from ideation to execution.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• An analytical approach
• Leadership and development experience with junior team members
• Issuing briefs and directing artwork
• Champion for collaboration and productive working habits.
• Adobe CC – InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop primarily. (Premiere Pro, After Effects bonus)
