The role

We’re looking for a skilled Key Art and Poster Designer to join our London team. This role is perfect for someone with a deep love of Photoshop and an expert in retouching, finishing, and visualising designs.

What you’ll do

• Produce final, polished designs for theatre, arts, and entertainment campaigns.
• Retouch and refine creative concepts into bold, attention-grabbing visuals.
• Collaborate with our creative team to ensure designs meet the highest standards.
• Work on high-profile campaigns that are seen across London and beyond.

What we’re looking for

• Exceptional Photoshop skills and a passion for perfecting every detail.
• Experience in retouching, finishing, or visualising, rather than just conceptual design.
