A proudly independent, integrated, long standing (but still relentlessly ambitious), corporate communications agency is looking for a Midweight Designer to join their busy and growing team. 

The facts:

You’ll have an opportunity to work closely with a newly appointed Creative Director and an established design team and will bring real and welcome input to the team. You will have a genuine interest in telling corporate stories that compel and engage stakeholder audiences.

Day-to-day you’ll be working on annual and other types of reports so strong layout skills and an understanding of content is essential. Alongside this you will be coming up with smart brand campaign ideas, and designing digital comms. The agency are looking for someone with motion skills to help develop this capability. The ambition of the business is to expand their brand, digital and motion offers and therefore view this role as key to their development. There is a real opportunity to make a tangible contribution to the development of the creative studio.

You’ll be:

• An excellent typographic and layout designer
• A strong conceptual thinker who enjoys designing and developing campaigns
• Flexible, quick thinking and able to jump from one brief to the next
• Brilliant at working in a team at pace and with a positive mindset
• Ambitious, yet practical and great at problem solving

You’ll have: 

• 4+ years design experience 
• Strong organisation and communication skills 
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe CS, After Effects and Figma ideally
