The Studio
We’re recruiting on behalf of a luxury brand in the F&B sector to find an established senior to develop first class design solutions and assets across every brand touchpoint. This is an award-winning brand with a high-end aesthetic and a reputation for excellence in its field. This person would work closely with the Founder and senior stakeholders to interpret and deliver the brand vision and continually push the brand forward creatively. The Studio delivers all creative output, and this person would be responsible for all print design and special projects including campaigns, brand activations and events, menu cards, packaging and layout. They have a hybrid set up with 3 days in the Studio and 2 days working from home/flexibly.
The opportunity
This is an opportunity to work collaboratively with key decision makers in the business to maintain the brand’s premium aesthetic and elevate it further through well executed ideas and designs. We’re looking for someone who enjoys contributing conceptual ideas but who is equally comfortable with the day-to-day delivery of design projects and being hands on. You’ll have the chance to work across all brand touchpoints (print) and be responsible for ensuring all creative output is consistent with brand guidelines and delivered to the very highest standards. We’re looking for an established senior so would expect this person to be confident in leading and managing their own projects autonomously, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external parties from time to time, however this not a role with any direct reports or wider management responsibilities.
Our ideal candidate
Will need significant experience working with luxury brands, ideally with some of this experience being in the F&B sector.
Is an established senior, confident having conversations with senior level stakeholders and partners and working across a range of diverse projects and disciplines.
Would ideally have some experience working in-house for a brand, understanding and developing brand guidelines as well as having a strong commercial and marketing focus.
Has core design skills in typography, composition, colour and layout alongside impeccable taste levels and creative judgement.
Has an impressive folio of beautifully crafted work that demonstrates all the above.
