The Opportunity

Working closely with the head of design and creative director you will take a leadership role setting the creative direction for projects, liaising closely with clients and mentoring and inspiring the design team. The role will remain fully hands on in terms of day- to- day design as it’s a small team and we are looking for someone with a high degree of expertise with creative software and who offers a high level of design craft. Projects are varied across brand and marketing from campaigns, brand and print through to websites and packaging. 

The Ideal Candidate

• A senior designer with at least 6+ yrs experience working for a design,brand or creative marketing agency. 
• Proven experience owning projects from beginning concept stages and managing through to delivery. 
• A high degree of expertise with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional design craft with a deep understanding of colours, fonts and layout. 
• Excellent attention to detail. 
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills. 
• Experience creating original, beautiful and engaging concepts for clients brand and marketing communications. 
• Experience liaising with clients, pitching and managing client relationships.
