MBA Group Ltd is excited to offer an apprenticeship opportunity where you can grow your skills, learn from experienced designers, and work toward earning a BA degree through a Digital Design Degree Apprenticeship.

If you are detail-oriented, love tackling creative projects, and are comfortable with deadlines, this could be the perfect start to your career. You will be supporting our design team on real projects while also helping out with some general administrative tasks. Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and Premiere would be a great advantage, but more importantly, we’re looking for enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn!

What You Will Be Doing:

• Creating Visuals: Help design graphics for our website, social media, and other marketing materials.
• Supporting the Team: Collaborate with designers to keep our visual brand consistent.
• Learning and Practicing: Create infographics, presentations, and other visuals that engage our audience.
• Gaining Practical Experience: Help create promotional materials for events and brainstorm ideas during team sessions.
• Exploring Design Trends: Stay curious and up-to-date with the latest design trends.

What You Will Need:

• Basic Qualifications: GCSEs (Level 2, Grade C/4 or equivalent) in English and Maths.
• Appetite or Education in Art/Design: A genuine interest or any qualifications in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a similar field.
• A Portfolio: If you have examples of your work, please share! We’d love to see your creativity.
• Basic Design Skills: Familiar with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar.
• Communication: Clear and friendly communication, plus a collaborative attitude.
• Eagerness to Learn: Ready to take initiative and grow with support from our team.
