Our team creates best-in-class digital solutions for ambitious, premium, high-growth brands, designing unique, visually appealing websites that align with each client’s brand, audience, and commercial goals. We’re passionate about the value of great, on-brand design and its power to create great experiences leading to commercial success.
The role
As a Junior/Midweight UI/UX Designer, you’ll be an integral part of our team, working closely with senior designers, developers, and other team members to deliver high-quality digital experiences. You’ll create engaging, user-friendly websites from brief and concept through to final execution, ensuring designs align with project goals, brand guidelines, and UX/UI best practices. Supporting the senior team as needed, you’ll contribute to new projects while also maintaining and enhancing websites for long-term clients. This role offers experience across a wide range of sectors, with ample opportunities for professional growth.
What we’re looking for
- Passion for design—an appreciation and understanding of good design. At our core, a strong understanding of design is what sets us apart from other agencies, so this is essential.
- Good eye for detail—we’re sticklers for pixel-perfect design.
- Knowledge of design practices—with an emphasis on UX/UI principles.
- Adaptable design skills—to create solutions suited to a wide range of brands and audiences.
- Confidence in communication—able to clearly convey your thought process and designs to the team while remaining receptive to feedback and differing opinions.
- Ability to follow briefs—capable of understanding client requirements and executing a project to fulfil a given brief.
- Comfortable working independently—but equally able to work collaboratively.
- Proactive problem-solver—able to adapt and manage multiple projects while staying organised.
- Resilient and adaptive—able to handle feedback from clients and the team constructively without being discouraged.
- Eager to learn—and develop your skills, someone who can also enrich our team.
