The Role

We are seeking a Senior Creative Branding Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be a key driver of creative across branding projects, marketing campaigns and brand activations. You will be working on a global automotive brand on projects that range from car launches, OOO and social marketing campaigns, TVCs, as well as brand partner activations and experiences. You will lead creative projects, mentor junior designers, and collaborate closely with our creative director and strategist to bring brand stories to life.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Creative Projects: Take ownership of the entire design process, from concept to completion, for a wide range of branding projects.
  • Develop Brand Identities: Create and evolve distinctive brand and marketing campaigns.
  • Strategic Thinking: Collaborate with the strategy team to translate brand strategies into compelling visual narratives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including strategy, digital, and production, to ensure cohesive brand experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Client Interaction: Present concepts and creative work to clients, effectively articulating design decisions and rationales.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and professional growth within the team.
  • Stay Current: Keep up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our work is cutting-edge and forward-thinking.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the highest standard of design output, maintaining brand consistency and attention to detail across all deliverables.
     

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Automotive branding, campaigns and activations within a top creative agency or a similar environment.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects that demonstrate strategic thinking, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. Experience with motion graphics and digital design is a plus.
  • Creative Vision: A deep understanding of brand identity development and the ability to create compelling visual stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Collaboration: A collaborative mindset with experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and mentor junior team members.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.\
  • Automotive: Candidate must have automotive experience
