The Studio

In-house studio for a pioneering drinks brand which has recently undergone an exciting brand refresh by one of the most reputable agencies in London.  The Brand is now looking to bring creative ownership fully in-house by hiring an established senior who will be responsible for leading the delivery of all creative output, ensuring every visual touchpoint is beautifully crafted and reflects the brand’s values and commitments to sourcing, sustainability and giving back.  They offer an incredibly flexible hybrid working pattern (although you’ll need to be available for fortnightly meetings in Central London) alongside great additional benefits and training budgets.

The Opportunity

This is an exceptional opportunity for an established Senior Designer looking to take on additional brand guardianship responsibilities.  As the sole creative person in a larger in-house team, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the way the brand’s visual output is developed and delivered across all touch points, with access to, and support from the senior team, including the Founder.  The role would suit someone who enjoys being hands on in the day-to-day crafting and execution of design work but who also likes to be involved in more strategic conversations and understands the overall business objectives.  Working across a range of disciplines and formats you’ll take on responsibility for the overall creative output, advising on brand standards and continually striving for creative excellence and brand elevation.

The Ideal candidate

Will need to be an established senior with experience overseeing, planning and delivering a creative project from conceptual stages through to finished artwork.

You’ll need to be comfortable working across varied creative projects including packaging, menu cards, brand experiences and events, digital, social and photoshoots.

Is a confident communicator and comfortable having creative conversations with both internal stakeholders and external partners.  

Has strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite.

Can bring a high-level of positive energy to the role along with plenty of ideas and creative judgement.

Will ideally have some exposure and experience in the F&B/hospitality space.

Is genuinely passionate about nature, sourcing and sustainability.
