We are a 24-strong creative agency specialising in telling stories that improve people’s health. We create engaging and evocative content across all media and apply our creative thinking to everything from worldwide disease awareness campaigns for big pharma companies down to small conference stands for biotech start-ups. DESCRIPTION

We’re seeking a full-time Junior Graphic Designer with 1 to 2 years experience (ideally within agencies) to work in our central London studio. You will have recent / current experience in a design position and have a portfolio that shows creative concepts, design application, and final outcomes. 

You should have an eye for detail, the ability to maintain a flexible approach to working across different types of projects both big and small and be a good communicator and collaborator both in-house and with our clients. 

You should be fluent in the three major Adobe Creative Cloud applications: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; as well as Figma.

You will have the opportunity to learn and evolve your design skills while working on a variety of projects, including the research and development of concepts, design application across print and digital media, artworking, and seeing projects through to final production.  The right candidate should want to be part of a highly creative and driven team striving to create content that inspires.

You will get support and training as well as encouragement to express your thoughts and ideas.

This is a full-time role based primarily in our office in Farringdon, with the option to work from home up to two days a week. BASIC SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • You have that special feel for design and brand
  • Be highly organised with great attention to detail
  • A good understanding of layout, balance and typography
  • The ability to work simultaneously across multiple projects
  • Proficiency in the three main Adobe Creative Suite applications: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; as well as Figma
  • The drive and determination to try new software and enhance your skillset

You will be working most closely with our Art Director, Account Directors and other members of the the design team. With that said, we are a tightly-knit group and always encourage ideas and collaboration across all departments.
