What You’ll Do:

• Creative Conceptualisation & Art Direction: Collaborate with our creative, technical and production teams to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts for drone light shows that inspire awe and wonder.
• Compelling Pitches: Craft visually stunning sales pitches that effectively communicate your creative vision to clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. 
• Client Collaboration: Transform client briefs into imaginative and compelling creative proposals that exceed expectations.
• Seamless Execution: Manage the creative process from ideation to execution, ensuring that every detail of the show meets our highest standards of quality and creativity.  Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless integration of all creative elements into the final production.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

• Story Telling: You’re a master of visual storytelling, with the ability to create pitch presentations that not only look incredible but also tell a compelling story that resonates with our clients.
• Client-Focused: You have a keen understanding of client needs and can craft proposals that are both creatively bold and strategically sound.
• Experience: A strong background in creative roles preferably within the entertainment, events, or media industries, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to deliver top-tier creative work.
• Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with digital design tools and eager to learn about new software and technologies to enhance your creative output.
