We work with some of the world’s most ambitious, innovative and game-changing businesses. Due a sustained period of growth and natural evolution we are looking for an experienced Design Director to support the expanding creative team and to help drive both organic and new enterprise level client account development and growth.

The role.
As a Design Director at Dusted, you’ll play a key role in a range of creative projects providing leadership to the design team; helping define a clear way forward creatively; and delivering solutions to the commercial challenges we are set. 

You will collaborate closely to develop and execute design strategies that align with client objectives and project goals. You’ll deliver hands-on creative solutions yourself and curate contributions from the wider team, aiming to bring the best out of everyone involved. You’ll inspire clients and creative teams to make brave and distinctive award winning work.

We are looking for someone to always ‘raise the bar’ and push the agency forward at every stage. And you’ll have a track record of creative thinking that makes a difference and stands out. We are looking for someone that’s wants to elevate and produce career defining work.

About you.
– You will have a sharp eye for design and help maintain the high standards of design quality and consistency across all projects. 
– You will have solid experience in solving business problems head-on, presenting work to clients with conviction and authority, while working collaboratively with the strategy and client service teams. 
– You will have experience of working within teams and will be used to leading a team of designers, nurturing their growth and professional development (alongside the Creative Director). 
– You will conduct internal crits, offer feedback, and promote a positive and collaborative work culture.
– Passion for creativity runs through you. You are in-the-know, current and ahead of design trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the studio.

Experience.
– Minimum of 8 years branding agency experience is a must.
– Able to demonstrate your ability to create and steer high level creative work.
– Integrated mindset with full-service brand activation examples.
