A B2B brand and business communications agency is currently looking for a specialist Annual Reporting Design Director to lead their reporting team. 

The facts:

Supported by the ECD and CD, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of all of the agency’s annual, ESG, and corporate reports. 

You have previous experience in corporate reporting (specifically recent experience in annual reports) and are highly design led in your approach. You have no trouble creating overarching concepts and working them through to beautifully crafted page layouts with an emphasis on systematic design and elegant typography.

You are confident in liaising with stakeholders across the business, presenting to your team and to clients alike. You can delegate effectively – giving feedback and guidance when necessary. You’re excited to mentor and nurture your team to help them grow in their careers.

You’ll be:

• Someone that understands the annual reporting process and can deal with a communications challenge.
• An experienced Senior/Lead Designer looking to step up or an established Design Director.
• Attentive, Collaborative, Positive and Creative.

• Great mentorship skills. 
• The confidence to lead projects.
