Who you are
You’re a visionary designer with a keen eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of the latest design trends. You’re enthusiastic about joining our team as a founding member, where you can shape our brand’s visual identity and grow your career with us.
What you’ll do
- Safeguard and evolve our brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Craft premium, engaging and unique content for DIOME’s channels
- Work across all design outputs including Strategic Design, Print Application, Packaging + Digital Design. Your style and influence will need to be able to adapt according to the brief.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and other cross-functional teams to produce cohesive and impactful designs.
- Devise innovative design solutions that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Focus on creating user-friendly designs that enhance the overall user experience.
- Utilise design metrics and tools to monitor and analyse the effectiveness of visual content.
- Develop creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience and elevate our brand presence.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to keep our brand at the forefront of the industry.
- Incorporate feedback from various stakeholders to refine and improve design outputs.
Must-haves
- Proven track record in an early-stage consumer start-up, with mid-weight experience in building and implementing design strategies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and a deep understanding of design principles.
- An original and creative eye with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in motion and design software including Adobe Creative and Figma
- Team-player who is confident, kind and personable with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the brand.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
- Exceptional adaptability, proactiveness and can-do attitude.
- Passion for the health and wellness industries.
