This agency works with some of the world’s most influential businesses and organisations; acting as trusted advisors on strategy and critical messaging. Their clients include large corporations through to not-for-profits and disruptor brands.
Working with the leadership team of these organisations, they offer high level business consultancy alongside developing and delivering strategic campaigns in the form of branding, reporting, white papers, digital, film and animation.
What you’re bringing to the team:
You’re an existing Exec Producer (or Senior Producer looking to step into a leading role) ready to oversee their busy and established film and animation department.
You will play a key role in shaping the creative output and driving quality and service throughout the team. You will have extensive experience working in B2B delivering a variety of programme styles, from animation to brand films, documentary to talking heads. You will have exemplary project planning and project management skills and will be adept at juggling multiple projects at any one time delivering on time and budget.
You will be responsible for liaising with the client, shaping briefs, writing creative treatments, assembling and directing relevant teams, budgeting, scheduling right though to producing, post-producing and delivering filmed output.
Reporting into the Group Head of Creative, you will oversee a team of 20 senior, midweight and junior producers (including 4 direct reports) encouraging them to develop their skills and produce their best work.
You will be a natural presenter, able to tell a compelling story grounded in commercial objectives. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying opportunities and offer informed advice, solving problems along the way.
You will have great interpersonal skills; confidently liaising between stakeholders within the agency, production partners and of course your team.
Travel is a component of this role, specifically between to the Dubai office, but also occasionally to other offices and shoot locations. So, you must account for this and enjoy this element to your working life.
You’ll be:

- Well informed, and proactive in keeping up to speed with clients’ aims, issues, and concerns.
- Able to give the client advice on how they can use film creatively and effectively to communicate with their key audiences.

- Immersed in this agency’s offers, capabilities, and expertise and able to introduce clients to your colleagues as appropriate.
You’ll have:
- A solid track record of running a production/creative team (in-house or agency).
- Lots of experience working in the B2B sector!
- A brilliant understanding of what ‘excellent’ looks like.
- A progressive mindset.
