We’re looking for an all-round ideas driven midweight creative with a passion for animation to join our team here at Absolute. Someone who thinks conceptually and isn’t afraid of putting ideas down on paper before producing them on a Mac.

We’re looking for someone excited to join a team that produces work that gets noticed, even occasionally winning awards along the way.

In this creative role you’ll be working with a multi-talented team of creatives, copywriters, website developers and marketeers who have a diverse range of skills and who know that good is not good enough. The team have a common goal to push the boundaries of design and technology, to produce great work no matter what sector the client is in, and to produce work that emotionally connects with the audience. We also have a good diverse range of well-known clients based both in the UK and internationally.

The Role
The day to day responsibilities of this role are perfect for someone who is all about the idea, giving you the freedom to turn your hand from creative campaigns to brand concepts. With us you’ll be an integral part of the team working with us to produce creative animations, storyboard brand videos, craft brochure spreads and create those ‘smile in the mind’ moments no matter the size of the project.

As a member of our team you’ll be working closely with the Creative Director and Senior Creative to ensure the level of work is engaging and beautifully crafted. We’re looking for someone who is excited about what they do, isn’t afraid to use their own initiative and is continuously driven to learn about the world around them.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3-4 years working in the creative industry (preferably within a branding, digital or advertising agency)
• Experience and interest in animation
• An extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with clients in multiple sectors
• Confidence in presenting concepts to the team
• An ability to work both collaboratively and independently
• A great personality, minus the ego
• The vision, passion and drive to create great creative work
• A desire to personally develop your own creativity, knowledge, skills, or attend key networking events within the industry
• Experience in pushing industry standards through creative or digital awards

Salary is competitive and dependent on experience.
