A chance to build out a world class production team for a new EV brand launching to market, working with the smartest thinkers and do-ers.
 
The facts

Day to day you will:

• Lead on big picture delivery for creative projects across all channels: web, 3d, experience, social, brand, film, motion, animation, print, graphics, photography. Everything!
• Work with the ‘Heads of’ to develop and deliver the creative content offer
• Oversee workflows (with support)
• Manage a delivery budget
• Help to build the profile and work of the Storytelling team within the larger business
• Work closely with the brand team to ensure consistency and alignment
• Build a black book of great illustrators/photographers/animators etc to use for creative projects
• Identify when you should partner with an agency and when you can deliver in-house.
• In time, lead on transcreation and localisation of creative and production briefs.

 
You’ll have:

• A solid track record of running a production/creative team (in-house or agency)
• A brilliant understanding of what ‘excellent’ looks like
• A progressive mindset that sees beyond silos

You’ll be:

• Of a ‘scale up’ mindset. This business is busy launching a new brand; you can jump in feet first and have a big impact with some seriously smart people
• Collegial, direct, apolitical, positive, a real do-er
• Able to deal with senior management and generally a good egg to have around.
